    Responses for each solicitation listed below will be received at the address listed in the solicitation document and legal advertisement.

    The School Board of Leon County reserves the right to waive irregularities and/or informalities in any Proposal/Bid/Submittal and to reject any or all Proposals/Bids/Submittals in whole or part, with or without cause, and/or accept the Proposal/Bid/Submittal that in its judgment will be for the best interest of the School Board.

    Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, and Policy 6326 or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
