Welcome

  • Reaching Every Student – All Day, Every Day, Every Way!

Welcome to the Ruediger Elementary website. Please know that your child's safety and that of our faculty and staff are our top priority. During these uncertain times, I hope you will check back here often for important announcements and other great resources for you and your children. We also encourage you to join our Ruediger Listserv so you will receive the latest news right away. Our school community is here for our students and their families.

There have been a few changes to our way of work in elementary schools throughout the county as we continue to adjust to the ever changing Covid landscape. As of now, masks will remain required for all students and staff while indoors and on buses. If the temporary mask requirement is an issue for you and your child because of health concerns, or individual freedoms, you will need to submit a Mask Opt-Out form by Monday, August 16. The Mask Opt-Out form can be found at www.leonschools.net/inclass.

We will not be allowing visitors on our campus through at least the first nine weeks. This includes not allowing parents to walk their children to class on the first day of school. We will continue to update our families on our procedures moving forward.

Main Office hours for Ruediger Elementary School are Monday through Friday from from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
