Overview
The office of Labor Relations is committed to providing the highest standard of excellence and cooperation between employees, labor, and management with the goal of providing employees and students with productive and safe learning environments.
The Labor Relations team negotiates with local unions and ensures the equitable administration of all Collective Bargaining Agreements. Local unions include the Leon Classroom Teachers Association (LCTA), the Leon Educational Staff Professional Association (LESPA), and Local 1010 District Council 78.
