Pricing for EDEP services varies by school. For specific questions regarding the program, pricing, concerns, or refunds, please contact the EDEP manager at your extended day locations for that information.

EDEP Terms and Conditions

No refunds are permitted after the first week of participation, except for documented cases of prolonged illness (two weeks or longer) or family relocation.

No refunds will be allowed for any reason on money received for summer camp, activity fees, or registration fees.

Refunds must be requested in writing.

Credit card company by-laws require the Finance Department to use a third-party processor to process credit card payments for VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. EDEP uses a third-party processor named e-Funds to process credit card payments.
