Having issues with the FFCRA leave request form or the submit button isn't working in IE???
- Open IE
- Click on Gear icon in top right
- Select Compatibility View Settings
- Remove check mark next to Display Internet Sites in Compatibility View
- Click Close
COVID leave request forms and supporting documentation must be sent to COVIDLeave@leonschools.net. Supporting documentation must be from a physician, Department of Health, or daycare/school and include the specific dates of quarantine. Leave requests will not be approved without the appropriate supporting documentation.
