  • 5th grade All 5th grade students are required to provide 2 current proofs of residence before leaving elementary school.  A letter was sent home with all students stating what are acceptable proofs.  If you need another copy of the letter, please let your child's teacher know and we can send home another one.  Your student will not be given a 6th grade schedule unless your current proofs of residence have been submitted.  Please call the front office if you should have any questions.
