Extended Day Enrichment Programs Payments
Pricing for EDEP services varies by school. For specific questions regarding the program, pricing, concerns, or refunds, please contact the EDEP manager at your extended day locations for that information.
If you are unable to resolve an issue through the school, then the district contact information is below.
Terms and Conditions:
- Pricing varies by location. Contact the EDEP Manager at your school for details.
- No refunds are permitted after the first week of participation, except for documented cases of prolonged illness (two weeks or longer) or family relocation.
- No refunds will be allowed for any reason on money received for summer camp, activity fees, or registration fees.
- Refunds must be requested in writing.
EDEP Payment Link Moved to Focus Portal -
EDEP payment link in now accessed through the Focus Parent Portal!! You may click on the Make a Payment button below to go directly to the Focus Parent Portal.
The EDEP online payment link has moved to the FOCUS parent portal. If you do not already have access, please contact your school’s registrar to obtain the necessary parent portal letter information to set up a parent FOCUS account.
Please note: The district EDEP office is not able to assist with creating your portal account as they do not have access to your child's parent portal letter. Also, If you bookmarked the Payment portal, that bookmark will no longer work and should be deleted.

We accept the following credit cards for EDEP paymentCredit card company by-laws require the Finance Department to use a third party processor to process credit card payments for VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. EDEP uses a third-party processor named Elavon Converge to process credit card payments.

EDEP/Focus Payment Portal Error
Users attempting to access the EDEP payment portal through the Parent Portal are having issues getting stuck in a loop where the Focus site states the following:
"The page isn't working because leon.focusschoolsoftware.com
redirected you too many times"
This ONLY happens if a user requested a password reset and when they logged in with the TEMPORARY password, never finished setting the new password. Because we are currently collecting health information forms, the system is requiring the user to complete their forms prior to moving into any other functions. However, because they never finished setting up the NEW password, the system is in an infinite loop trying to go to both the password update and the forms
We will keep you posted as we are working on a solution to resolve this ASAP. Please check back here for updated information on the resolution.
What is my CVV code?
Visa®, Mastercard®, and Discover® cardholders:
Turn your card over and look at the signature box. You should see either the entire 16-digit credit card number or just the last four digits followed by a special 3-digit code. This 3-digit code is your CVV number / Card Security Code.
American Express® cardholders:
Look for the 4-digit code printed on the front of your card just above and to the right of your main credit card number. This 4-digit code is your Card Identification Number (CID). The CID is the four-digit code printed just above the Account Number.
