  • School Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 2:50 p.m.
    Breakfast: 7:45 a.m. - 8:25 a.m.
    Supervision Hours: 7:45 a.m - 3:15 p.m.

  • Any time your student is absent from school or if you have any attendance related issues, please email your child's teacher directly or send in a note to excuse their absence.

  • Students arriving after the 8:30 a.m. tardy bell must be escorted to the front office by their parents.  Excessive absences/tardies include 5 unexcused in a nine-week period or 10 unexcused in a semester.  Excused absences will be granted for a family emergency, student illness, or a medical appointment (with doctor's note).  Family vacations or trips are not considered an excused absence.  Any excuses received 3 weeks after the absence will remain unexcused! Excuses can be emailed to ridleyw@leonschools.net parents/guardians may also call 850-488-5977 and speak with Ms. Ridley concerning excuses.

    Students from Lincoln High School and Lawton Chiles High School brought pride to Leon County Schools, earning medals at this year’s prestigious Student Astronaut Challenge, held at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center.
