Submission

• Including work from your specific disciplines (Dance, Visual Arts, Theater, Orchestra, Band, and Chorus).
• At least two different types of work must be represented from your concentrated areas.

• A written statement outlining your artistic journey, influences, and future goals that qualifies you for the FL Fine Arts Seal.
• Include individual artist statements for each piece explaining your creative process and intent.

• Dance: Provide video recordings of at least two performances showcasing different styles or techniques.
• Band: Include audio recordings or video performances of at least two pieces, demonstrating your proficiency on your instrument.
• Chorus: Submit audio or video recordings of at least two performances, highlighting your vocal skills and range.
• Theater: Provide scripts, production programs, and video recordings of at least two performances that demonstrate your acting abilities and involvement in productions. 
• Orchestra: Include audio recordings or video performances of at least two pieces, demonstrating your proficiency on your instrument.

• Evidence of participation in art-related activities, such as dance recitals, band concerts, or choral performances.
• Evidence of 25 hours of volunteer hours of art-related community service in his or her community with a brief explanation of the experience. 

• Works should demonstrate technical proficiency, creativity, and originality.
• Consideration of your progression and growth as an artist over time.

• Portfolios should be well-organized and presented professionally, either in digital format, as specified by your Leon County Schools guidelines.

• Check with your instructors for any specific guidelines or variations that may apply.
• Be aware of deadlines and submission formats that may differ.
