Every student selects one of three dynamic post-graduation pathways tailored to their individual goals:
College/Technical: Prepare for advanced degree programs, certifications, and higher education.
Workforce: Gain hands-on experience to step straight into high-demand careers.
Military: Build leadership and technical skills for service in our nation's armed forces.
Our progressive program guides students step-by-step from curiosity to career-readiness:
Exploration: Students discover their unique interests and dive into career research using Xello, alongside engaging community experiences like the Worlds of Work (WOW) event.
Selection: Students officially choose a focused pathway that aligns with their strengths and future ambitions.
Development: Students tackle rigorous coursework and practical training to meet pathway requirements, enhanced by real-world networking at the Leon Works Expo.
Completion: Students cross the finish line by completing all pathway requirements, earning well-deserved recognition, and capping off their high school journey with advanced milestones like WOW 2.0.
