  • Chromebook Updates

    On Thursday, October 15, LCS began the initial phase of disbursing Chromebooks at Woodville K-8 School. Two more schools in the pilot program—Cobb Middle School and Desoto Trail Elementary School—will receive their Chromebooks the week of October 19. More details to come on further roll out of the Chromebooks and returning desktops to schools.

    Last week SAIL Connect students had a visit from The Brown Goose, a Tallahassee band. SAIL Connect happens every Wednesday after school

  • THE ART CLASS (GRETCHEN EVERHART)

    By virtually providing instruction within the school, Gretchen Everhart Art Teacher Judy Jecko is able to spend time with each group of students while reducing classroom changes.

    Florida has a very broad Public Records Law. Virtually all written communications to or from School Board of Leon County, Florida Personnel are public records available to the public and media upon request. E-mail sent or received on the LCSB system will be considered public and will only be withheld from disclosure if deemed confidential pursuant to State Law.
