Ok, so you got all your documents together, you created your FOCUS account, and have filled out and completed your application. Now it's time to introduce your child to their new school.
We have created a simple template for you to use to create an email with your personal information to provide to your new school. You can click on the name of your school below to open an email message, or copy and paste it into your preferred email program, then paste the template email and update with your personal information and hit send. Viola! Steps 1 & 2 are now complete.

Use this template and provide your personal information, then click on your new school in the list below to send them an email.
Please include the following in the email:
- Students' name
- Date of birth
- Class of 2039!
- Parent/guardian name(s)
- Parent/guardian email & phone contact # number(s)
IMPORTANT! If you were unable to upload any of the required documentation during the application process, please attach those in the email at this time.
If you do not receive a response to your email in a timely manner, please follow up with the Admission Liaison at your new school.
