HOW TO VIEW YOUR CURRENT BENEFITS:
- Access the Benefits Portal at www.cyclonebenefits.com/lcs
- Enter your Username and PIN (Username is your Social Security # and PIN is the last 4 digits of your SSN + 2 digit year of birth
- Click on My Benefits
NEED TO MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR BENEFITS DUE TO MARRIAGE, DIVORCE, BIRTH, ADOPTION, DEATH, OR LOSS OF COVERAGE?
You only have 30 calendar days from the date of the event to make these changes. Day 1 of the 30 days is the date of the event. Contact the Benefits Department via email for more information.
If you are a new employee and eligible for benefits, you have 30 calendar days to enroll.
Day 1 of the 30 days is your date of hire.
