If you do not enroll, you will have the benefits you currently have.
You must enroll to make changes.
You must enroll in Flexible Spending Accounts.
The new benefits will be effective OCTOBER 1ST.
NEED TO MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR BENEFITS DUE TO MARRIAGE, DIVORCE, BIRTH, ADOPTION, DEATH, OR LOSS OF COVERAGE?
You only have 30 calendar days from the date of the event to make these changes. Day 1 of the 30 days is the date of the event. Contact the Benefits Department via email for more information.
If you are a new employee and eligible for benefits, you have 30 calendar days to enroll.
