• The Accounting Department is responsible for the processing of vendor payments using the following various funds:

    • General Fund (Fund 110)
    • Special Fund (Fund 150)
    • Permitting Office (Fund 721)
    • North Florida Consortium (Fund 731)
    • Frank Stoutamire (Fund 890)

    When processing payments we abide by LCS Procedure C-1, Florida Statutes, LCS Policy 6.01, and State Board Rules.

    To become a vendor with Leon County Schools you will need to complete an Accounting Department VendorApplication.

    Should any of the information you provide on your application change, you may send a letter/email or fax to Rita Mathis requesting your record with LCS is updated.

    Leon County Schools is exempt from Florida Sales tax. To receive a copy of our tax exempt certificate contact a member of our staff.
