Students with emotional/behavioral disabilities are those who demonstrate persistent and consistent maladaptive behavior which interferes with the student's learning process.

Students with Emotional/Behavioral Disabiliies Network (SEDNET) creates and facilitates a network of key stakeholers committed to assisting in the provision of a quality system of care for students with or at-risk of emotional and/or behavioral challenges.
