It is our goal to effectively and equitably provide students with disabilities with the services and supports needed to access the curriculum and make educational progress.
Should you have questions or a dispute, please contact your child's school administration, the ESE and/or 504 staff assigned to the school site, or the ESE Office. In most cases, these matters can be resolved at the school or district level. However, we do recognize that sometimes disagreements occur. Should you have concerns that have not been resolved at the school or district level, please see the information below regarding resolution options:
