This event brought LCTA educator representatives and school administrators together to explore the principles of effective, clear, and appropriate methods of communication and to build a system for site-based communications that would contribute to the overall workplace well-being of educators and students. The implementation templates walks leaders through planning for areas in which communications can improve and in building a clear and systemic understanding of site procedures for communication with all stakeholders.
