Extended Day Enrichment Programs Payments
ATTENTION!! All EDEP Before and Afterschool Programs will be closed through the end of the school year. Payments made for Cycle 8 and beyond will be credited or refunded for unavailable days. Credits may be applied to the fall, including any registration fees. Refunds will take approximately 3-4 weeks from the time they are submitted to Finance. Parents should be contacted by April 24 to determine if a credit or refund is preferred. If your school's EDEP Manager has not contacted you, please email Sandra Morgans at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do NOT submit any EDEP payments at this time. Thank you!
Pricing for EDEP services varies by school. For specific questions regarding the program, pricing, concerns, or refunds, please contact the EDEP manager at your extended day locations for that information.
If you are unable to resolve an issue through the school, then the district contact information is below.
Terms and Conditions:
- Pricing varies by location. Contact the EDEP Manager at your school for details.
- No refunds are permitted after the first week of participation, except for documented cases of prolonged illness (two weeks or longer) or family relocation.
- No refunds will be allowed for any reason on money received for summer camp, activity fees, or registration fees.
- Refunds must be requested in writing.
EDEP Payment Link Moved to Focus Portal -
EDEP payment link in now accessed through the Focus Parent Portal!! You may click on the Make a Payment button below to go directly to the Focus Parent Portal.
The EDEP online payment link has moved to the FOCUS parent portal. If you do not already have access, please contact your school’s registrar to obtain the necessary parent portal letter information to set up a parent FOCUS account.
Please note: The district EDEP office is not able to assist with creating your portal account as they do not have access to your child's parent portal letter. Also, If you bookmarked the Payment portal, that bookmark will no longer work and should be deleted.

We accept the following credit cards for EDEP paymentCredit card company by-laws require the Finance Department to use a third party processor to process credit card payments for VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. EDEP uses a third-party processor named Elavon Converge to process credit card payments.
