INSTRUCTIONS FOR SCHOOL INITIATED PROJECTS

Administrator contacts Construction Coordinator (Alison Garber or Ryan Williams) to review description of Project and items needed to complete checklist. **School Initiated Project Form
- The Administrator is responsible for working with the Construction Coordinator and supply ALL items needed to complete checklist and follow all policies in reference to the Project.
- Once ALL items have been reviewed by Administrator and submitted to the Construction Coordinator both Administrator and Coordinator will sign checklist and submit to Construction Director.
- Director of Construction will review documents and approve by signing off on checklist.
- Coordinator is responsible for obtaining approval and signatures of the remaining Administrators on the Project
- Final approval will be Internal Auditor who will then submit for placement on BoardDocs for the next available School Board Meeting.
- When Project is approved by the Board the site Administrator may move forward with Project and follow ALL Board policies.
