• INSTRUCTIONS FOR SCHOOL INITIATED PROJECTS

                                                     

    1. Administrator contacts Construction Coordinator (Alison Garber or Ryan Williams) to review description of Project and items needed to complete checklist.  **School Initiated Project Form 

    1. The Administrator is responsible for working with the Construction Coordinator and supply ALL items needed to complete checklist and follow all policies in reference to the Project
    1. Once ALL items have been reviewed by Administrator and submitted to the Construction Coordinator both Administrator and Coordinator will sign checklist and submit to Construction Director. 
    1. Director of Construction will review documents and approve by signing off on checklist. 
    1. Coordinator is responsible for obtaining approval and signatures of the remaining Administrators on the Project 
    1. Final approval will be Internal Auditor who will then submit for placement on BoardDocs for the next available School Board Meeting. 
    1. When Project is approved by the Board the site Administrator may move forward with Project and follow ALL Board policies.
