Posted by Susan Walden on 12/10/2019 10:00:00 AM

The Statistics in Schools program is hosting a webinar on December 11 at 7 p.m. EST. The webinar, Enhance Your Lessons With Real-World Census Data, will show educators how they can use our free SIS resources to bring census data into their classroom as a teaching tool for any grade and to supplement their existing lesson plans in English, geography, history, math, sociology, and more.

We encourage you to invite teachers in your communities to register and attend! In this webinar, they will learn about:

    • The resources that SIS provides for every grade level.
    • Best practices for using SIS resources in their classroom.
    • Ways to adapt SIS resources to their classroom and their students’ learning styles.

Teachers can register for the webinar here to learn how they can sharpen their students’ knowledge of statistics while supporting a complete and accurate count in the 2020 Census using the SIS program.

Note: Attendance for this event is limited to 1,000 attendees on a first-come-first-served basis. We will notify all registrants when the recorded version is available.
