Culinary Arts

  • The Culinary Arts program allows you to investigate the many exciting career options within the food service industry. You will learn and practice the fundamental skills involved in the selection, preparation, and service of meats, poultry, seafood, fruits, vegetables, soups, sauces, desserts, and bakery items. Your preparation skills will be honed daily as you practice in a fully-equipped commercial kitchen. Students successfully completing the program will earn college credit and a nationally-recognized industry certificate issued by the National Restaurant Association.

    Students enrolled in the Culinary Arts Program pursue rewarding careers in a variety of positions, including:

    • Catering/Sales Manager
    • Chef and Head Cook
    • Food Service Manager
    • Restaurant Manager
