Hello,

My name is Luke (Mr. if you are a student!) McManus and I am the band and piano teacher here at Montford!  Before my time with the Mustangs, I was the band director at Riversprings Middle School in Wakulla County for 5 years.  A little about myself:

-I am a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in instrumental music education.

-My main two instruments are piano and percussion, but of course I trained on all of the band instruments as part of my degree!

-Despite my FSU attendance, I have always been a big Gator fan (yes, very confusing) along with the Tampa Bay Lightning, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Tampa Bay Rays.

-I have been married to my wife who is also a band director since July of 2015, and we have one child.
