Fairview Middle School, home of the mighty Fairview Falcons, is proud to offer a wide range of Girls' and Boys' athletic opportunities. We encourage all Fairview students to try-out for a team!

To participate in any FMS sport, students must have:

• Documentation of a current sports physical (Annual)
• Updated activity participation (AP) form (Annual)
• Minimum GPA 2.0
• Health Insurance (documented on AP form)
