Fairview Middle School, home of the Falcons is excited to offer our students the opportunity to participate in a wide range of Girls and Boys sports throughout the school year. We encourage all Falcons that are interested to tryout for a sport during their three years at Fairview. Being apart of a team creates memories that last a life time and teach students important things like learning how to win with dignity and taking a loss with pride. To participate in any FMS sport, students must have:

• A current physical on file that is less than 12 months old
• Updated activity participation form, all students will recieve this form at the first day of tryouts 
• Minimum GPA 2.0 from the previous 9 week marking period, NOT a students cummulative GPA
