• Instructions for how to complete the new school year forms on FOCUS. 

    There are 2 forms to compelte. One is the Parent Acknowledgement Form which includes the Student Code of Conduct Book, Student Internet Use Access Permission Form, and the Chromebook Agreement Form. The next form is the Re-Authorization Form: Health and Permissions.
