Fairview Cheer Team helps to promote a positive outlet for students. The mission is to increase self-esteem and build technique through cheerleading. In many ways the students are allowed to express themselves and enhance their physical activity. The cheer team is open to any 6th through 8th grade students. During the year the team performs in a variety of school events such as football games, girls and boys basketball games, competition and showcase.

Elgibility Criteria

• To REMAIN on the CHEER TEAM students must have a PHYSICAL & ACTIVITY PARTICPATION form on file with Coach Blakely. If you have already participated in a sport this school year, your information is already on file
• Minimum Eligibility: 2.0 GPA
• NO REFERRALS 2020-2021 SCHOOL YEAR
• CANNOT PARTICIPATE IN ANOTHER SPORT AT SAME TIME OF CHEER SEASON
• RESPECT COVID 19 PROTOCOLS AND PRECAUTIONS DAILY:
  • Social Distance with mask during practice

LCS Middle School Practice

Masks should be worn during practice and temperatures taken upon arrival. We ask each student to please bring their OWN water bottle 

Practice will be held Monday through Thursday 4 to 6:00 pm. STUDENT MUST BE PICKED UP FROM CAMPUS by 6:15 PM at the LATEST
