• Ms. Marquis has been a teacher for many years in Kentucky and the Florida Panhandle area. She holds a B.S. in Recreation and Parks Administration and a M.S. in Education: Specific Learning Disabilities. She is certified to teach every subject for grades 5-9, as well as reading K-12. Ms. Marquis’s interests include reading, gardening, kayaking, traveling and making jewelry. She has a lovable pit bull named Vera, and two parrots, Gordon and Dash. At one time, she lived in a one room school house. Presently, she has a 70 foot deep swimming hole in her front yard! Ms. Marquis loves adventures and middle school students!
