Gunnery Sergeant Reaves serves as a certified Marine Corps Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps Instructor and Teacher of Leadership Education at Leon High School in Tallahassee, Florida. He has dedicated over 25 years to this educational role, developing leadership skills in high school students through comprehensive military education programs.

Military Service

Gunnery Sergeant Reaves retired from the United States Marine Corps following 21 years of distinguished active service. Throughout his military career, he commanded positions at multiple organizational levels, including platoon, company, battalion, and brigade commands. His service extended to senior staff positions within both the United States Marine Corps and Department of Defense operations.
