Raiders Glee Club is a student-led performance-based vocal ensemble which gives students a safe space to express themselves through music. Students will be able to connect with each other and build a bond with each other and music while also giving students the opportunity to explore what they want to do in the future. It is the belief of Raiders Glee Club that each student has the potential to become a talented and accomplished musician, and the organization aims to empower students to find and harness that potential. The purpose of the organization is:

• To provide students with opportunities to pursue individual musical endeavors outside of the context of curricular musical activities in school ensembles.
• To provide students with a musical community through which they can hone their individual talents as well as collaborate with other musicians on independent musical projects.
• To promote and maintain the musical community and culture of Rickards High School.
• To promote creativity, growth, and artistic integrity through performance of music.
• To provide room for students to express their talents
• To promote teamwork and social skills
