Welcome, Students and parents!

My name is Bill Shipley, and I am the director of bands here at Fr. Braden.  I am a native of Kentucky, but except for the military have spent nearly all my life in North Florida.

 I hold bachelor's and master's degrees from Florida State University, and I am also an alumnus of Morehead State University.

 I have had 31 years of teaching experience, with the last 15 of those as primarily a high school band director.  After I retired, I saw an opportunity to come back to teaching, and Ft. Braden was a perfect fit.  Students here are so receptive to learning, and I am proud to be their band director.
