• Now, Language Arts on-line. We will be reading the novel The Watsons Go to Birmingham--1963. This is a book that tackles an unfortunate event in the fight for Civil Rights. Told from the perspective of an Elementary aged boy, this novel is funny, entertaining, and uplifting. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Check the links below! There is a PDF version of the text in the Important Documents section. Additionally, I will post Youtube videos of each chapter being read (also in the Important Documents section).

There will be a different assignment associated with each chapter. I will post general guidelines for when assignments should be completed, but feel free to work at your own pace!

Turning in assignments: You can turn in assignments in many different ways. Here are some options:

    1. Write answers on a piece of paper and take a picture of it. Email the picture to nelsone@leonschools.net.

    2. Write answers on a piece of paper and take a picture of it. Send the picture through TEAMS.
