Course Description: The purpose of this course is to build upon previous years' language arts experiences, emphasizing literary genres, the writing process, reading strategies, study skills and vocabulary development as well as use texts of high complexity and language for college and career preparation and readiness. Students will collaborate and think critically about the content they are learning.
