Welcome to James S. Rickards High School Army JROTC 

Course : Leadership Education and Training. In this Courses cadets will review:

The mission of Leadership Education and Training (LET) is to motivate first year JROTC cadets to be better citizens. To accomplish this purpose, the text discusses citizenship, leadership, and a number of other topics designated for the success of the cadets in high school and after graduation. Cadets are required to wear the JROTC uniforms weekly and in accordance to the US Army Regulations.

Extracurricular activities include:

• Provide Color Guard Details
• Participate in Community Events 
• Provide Parking Details
• Compete in Drill Competitions 

Cadet success is the main goal of all Army JROTC learning experiences. 

Grades are updated in FOCUS weekly!
