Dear Students and Parents, 

As we get started with Distance Learning, I want to make sure that you all know how to access Microsoft Teams.
Microsoft Teams will be my primary method of assigning work, communicating with students, and providing instruction. *I will also be using Remind to keep parents informed, since parents do not have access to Teams. If you have any questions or concerns, you can also connect with me via school email johnsonk3@leonschools.net

 Accessing Microsoft Teams
STEP ONE: Sign into classlink (all students should already know how to do this)

STEP TWO: Click on the Microsoft Teams icon. I have included an image of the icon that you are looking for below.

 Turning in Work on Microsoft Teams
Here is a link with instructions on how to turn in assignments on Microsoft Teams.

I have already created an assignment on Teams where students can turn in their Science Week 1 Packet.
To turn in their work on Teams, students can either...
     -take a picture of their work, click "add work," select the picture, and turn in,
     -OR use the document I created to type their answers. Directions: Click on the three dots to the right of the file and select "open in word online." Type in your answers (saved automatically) and then turn in!

 If you have questions, contact me through Remind or send me an email at cerveraa@leonschools.net. If your child needs help, have them ask me on Microsoft Teams.

I will be communicating with students using REMIND and MICROSOFT TEAMS.
Assignments will be submitted through MICROSOFT TEAMS.
