Week of 5/18-5/22
This is our final week of online PE!! Special area is working together this week on an Obstacle course. As your final PE activity for this school year you are to actually run YOUR obstacle course that you created for Art this week! Enjoy and have fun!!

Week of 5/11 - 5/15
This week we will be working on some warm up drills that will prepare your muscles for activity. With each video watch the stretch pause the video and try the stretch.

Week of 5/4-5/8
This week we are working on fun fitness activities. For the "flip a coin" workout either copy the page and circle which one you had to do heads or tails, or on a separate piece of paper keep track of which one. If you are not able to do or do not know how to do an activity you can always do something else in place of that activity.
The scavenger hunt is for fun to just get out and walk around in the sunshine and fresh air! You do not have to turn it back in unless you would like to.

Week of: 4/27 - 5/1
This week you will be working on Locomotor and Non-locomotor skills.
Locomotor skills:
running/walking/jumping/hopping/skipping/galloping/side slide
Non-locomotor skills:
twist/turn/bend/stretch/push/pull/balance
Watch the video and do the moves with them each day. Create your own 1 minute routine using skills from both categories and teach it to someone. If possible, record yourself doing your routine and send it to my email or do the reflection sheet if you can not record yourself.

Week of: 4/20 - 4/24
Anyone who does NOT have a jump rope can either pretend they are jumping and turning or can lie something on the ground and jump over it.
K and 1:
Watch the video all the way through. Lie the rope on the ground and face it. Jump back and forth over it 10 times doing 3 sets. Then stand next to it and jump side to side over it 10 times doing 3 sets.
2nd - 5th:
Watch the video through once or twice. Then play it and stop it after each trick and do 20 of each one.
