Hartsfield Magnet School for International Studies is a candidate school for the IB Primary Years Programme with an anticipated authorization in Fall 2023. Hartsfield was identified as a Leon County School District Magnet School as of 2022. In line with the International Baccalaureate, HMSIS has a focus on stimulating curiosity and inquiry in order to foster a spirit of discovery and enjoyment of learning. Through the 10 attributes of the IB learner profile, our school aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect.
