 About the School Choice Applications

Enrollment Instructions 

Initial Enrollment Application (Must have a Parent Portal Account):

1. Complete the School Choice Application between January 8th and March 1st 2025.

     2. Once we receive the School Choice Application in FOCUS, we will send a SAIL Application via email for you to complete and return.

The following steps outline the application process;  

1. Complete All Required Sections:
   Each section of the application must be completed fully and accurately. Please provide clear, legible information on each section and include your contact details in case we need to reach you for further clarification.
2. Include Supporting Documentation:
   Please submit the following documents along with your completed forms:
• Academic Records (e.g., latest report card, transcripts, attendance and behavior data)
• Standardized Test Scores
• Recommendation Letters (if applicable)
• Other Supporting Materials (e.g., artwork, portfolio pieces, project samples)
3. Signature Requirements:
   Make sure to sign where indicated, and a parent or guardian must sign all necessary sections as well.
4. Submit by Deadline:
   All documents should be uploaded to the FOCUS Parent Portal by March 1, 2025. This ensures a timely review of your application by our admissions team. 

After we receive your application, our admissions team will reach out to you regarding the status of your application. If selected, you may be invited for an intake interview.

Applications submitted after March 1 will be added to our waitlist. Vacancies can, and do, occur throughout the spring/summer and into the fall during the school year. Students on the waitlist will be contacted as these vacancies occur.
