The Math Team sponsor is Terry King (room 805).  

Ms. King is a Florida native!  She has been teaching 28 years.  She taught 18 years in the IB-Prep program in Leon County.  Before that she taught 3 years at Godby High Schooll.  Ms. King enjoys teaching math and preparing students for math competitions.  She received the Edyth May Sliffe Award in 2004 and 2021, the Raytheon Math Hero Award in 2011  and MATHCOUNTS Coach of the Year in 2014.

When Ms. King is not teaching she enjoys traveling the world (most recently Costa Rica), reading, ziplining and playing with her wonderful grandsons and her sweet dog Lucy.
