• Hi Parents,
    We are so excited to welcome your camper to Deerlake Summer Camp! Below are a few important reminders to help ensure a smooth and fun experience for everyone:
    Drop-Off & Pick-Up Info:
    • Morning drop-off begins at 8:45 AM at the front of the school.
    • Half-day morning campers will be picked up at 12:00 PM in the front of the campus.
    • Afternoon half-day campers may be dropped off at 12:45 PM, also at the front entrance.
    • Afternoon pick-up for full-day and PM half-day campers will begin promptly at 4:00 PM at the front of the campus.
    • Please do not leave your student unattended. A teacher will always be present at drop-off and pick-up to greet your camper and ensure a safe handoff.
    Full-Day Campers:
    • Should bring a sack lunch, as lunch is not provided.
    • Lunch will take place from 12:00–1:00 PM on campus.
    • No food deliveries will be allowed during camp hours.
    Medication Info:
    If your child has any medication needs, proper forms must be completed with our front office. Please reach out to Mrs. Watkins to complete all proper forms prior to your camp start date. 
    Additional Notes:
    • Campers are welcome to bring a water bottle filled with water only.
    • Please send your camper in comfortable clothing suitable for daily activities, movement, and summer fun!
    • Our team of teachers will be ready out front each day to greet and guide your camper to their first stop.
