     *Wednesday 26th, 8:00 am - 9:00 am Supply Drop-off and Meet the Teacher* 

    On Wednesday, August 26th from 8:00 am - 9:00 am, parents and students, will have the opportunity to drive through the Kate Sullivan bus loop to drop off school supplies. I will be there to take supplies and meet students with social distancing protocols in place. If you are unable to make it, simply place your child's supplies in his/her backpack on the first day of school in a bag labeled with first and last name. Thank you! 


    -Once in the bus loop, park in front of the sign that says "Mrs. Smith" 

    -I will be standing by the sign ready to meet you and your child!

    -Please, roll your windows down so your child and I can meet each other! I  will also be able to answer any quick questions you may have. I will be wearing a face shield and mask for your protection. However, I may step 6 feet away from the car to take my mask off. This will help your child see my face and feel less nervous about meeting me. 

    -Parents, you will see a basket on the ground under our sign. Please feel free to exit your car (with a mask) and place supplies in the basket. Please have all supplies in a bag, making sure it is clearly labeled on the outside of the bag with your child's first and last name.

    -Please, make sure I give you a green folder before you leave. In the folder, you will find a small gift for your child, a copy of our orientation packet, and a lanyard. PLEASE FILL OUT THE Orientation Packet and LANYARD AT HOME AND SEND IT with YOUR CHILD ON THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL. The information on the lanyard will be very helpful in guiding your child to our classroom and will assist with how they go home. Thank you.



     *Thursday, August 27th, Virtual Orientation* 

    On Thursday, August 27th at 2:00 pm we will be having our virtual orientation through Zoom. This will be a time for us to discuss the orientation packet and answer any questions you may have. This meeting will NOT be recorded due to privacy issues. I am sorry for the inconvenience. A FAQ document will be uploaded to our Orientation Information page if you are unable to make it during this time. 

     Zoom's ID and Password information will be sent out via Remind and email on Wednesday, August 26th. Please keep an eye out for this email, and let me know if you do not receive the email, so I can correct the email information. Thank you.
