    We are apporaching the end yay! Thank you for your patients during this time. It has been a challenge and sometimes I didn't know if I could get through the technology. I did and I'm proud of myself! This is the last week of assignments so please check to see if you have submitted all assignments. If you have not had a chance, login to Classlinks and check your grades. I'm in the process of inputting grades but for the most part, I'm caugth up.     Hello Parent and students,

    We have about two weeks left in the 4th quarter. Parents please make sure your child is turning in assignments. You have three ways to submit an assignment. You can scan and send it in an email. You can take a picture of the assignment and send it to me as a text, and you can send it through Remind. Your child also needs to complete the I-Ready work that has been assigned to them. I am in the process of submitting grades and as I review assignments, I will send a message through Remind, text or email if your child is missing an assignment.     Greetings Parents,

     Welcome to the online way of teaching, assignments, and communication. Ms. Herring and I will provide you with these nine weeks of curriculum and details for your child's best studies. We look forward to a successful nine weeks and great results from our students. It is very important that we keep in contact so please feel free to contact us through Remind, email or our phone number. We just ask if you call, please not call after 9 pm. In case you don't have my number, it is 850-212-3379. Please feel free to leave a message or text if you are unable to reach me.     Students are expected to read for 20 to 30 minutes a day. My office hours are from 1-3 Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Tuesday and Thursday 1-4. If you are unable to contact me at those times, let me know a time that works for you. Finally, students are expected to complete the following assignments set up by the school district and submit the answers. The work can be scanned and emailed to me or take a picture of the answers and text it to me. All I ask is the work has a first and last name and it is neat and clear to understand.

    Distance learning is a new adventure for us all but we will get through this together. I must say, it was great to see the kiddos during our Zoom meeting and Friday when they picked up their books. Just know, our second meeting is coming up and we will send a message through Remind with the day and time.     By now you have heard Leon County Schools will continue Distance Learning for the remainder of the school year. This is a trying time and we must do what is best for everyone.     Hello parents and students,

    I want to thank you again for your patients as we maneuver through Distant Learning. I must say we have had our challenges but we manage to keep moving in the right direction. This week I will be reviewing assignments and informing your child if he/she is missing work. I have input the Powerpoints and lessons in TEAMS. Please go to your class, click files, then click Class Materials and you will be able to find the Lesson Overview along with the PowerPoint and worksheets for this week. Keep in mind when you need to watch a video, you must go to the top and click "Present" or "Slide Show" to hear the video. Click the URL address and it will go directly to the video. I have tested it for myself and it works. As always, feel free to email, text, or call for questions. I will do my best to answer and if I can't, I will speak to a teammate and get back to you with the correct answer. Now here is this week's lesson.
