• 3rd- 5th Grade:

    Week 1:  Each student will complete 10 Jumpimg Jacks, 10 Toe Touches, 10 Arm Rotations, Three times  a week.  The students will briskly walk 5 minutes three times week.  You can play any game for 10 minutes a day of your choice to stay fit.

     Make a chart of all completed activities.

     

    Week 2:  Each student will record any foods that you ate three a week.  For example:  I ate one meat(Steak), Vegetable(Green Beans), Rice(Starch) Milk(Dairy Group).  Any foods listed will be acceptable.
