DeSoto Trail has a dynamic team of teachers who serve our Trailblazers who have special needs. Our school-based team offer provides academic support via a resource model or through a varying exceptionality classroom. We also offer Speech and Language services. We work with providers from the Leon County school district to offer occupational therapy, physical therapy, vision therapy, assistive technology, and behavioral support.

 

We have additional teachers housed in the media center who work with our advanced learners and those who need extra support in reading or math.
