The Florida Department of Education is offering scholarship opportunities for parents of students in grades 3-5 who are struggling with reading. Interested parents can visit https://www.leonschools.net/domain/8629 or the FL DOE site at https://bit.ly/33vraGW to see if your student is eligible and to apply.
The program offers parents access to education savings accounts, worth $500 each, to pay for tuition and fees related to part-time tutoring, summer and after-school literacy programs, instructional materials and curriculum related to reading or literacy.
