If you had to eat one thing for every meal going forward, what would you eat?
If I were limited to just one thing for every meal it would definitely be seafood.  I love all kinds of seafood and eat it every chance I can.  There is such a variety of seafood and so many ways to prepare it that I feel like it would be hard to get tired of it.

What was something you've done that made you feel extreme happiness?
My wife and I were able to take a trip to explore Mayan ruins.  Being able to experience those ancient cities and touch and climb a pyramid with my amazing wife brought me such joy and happiness that it is hard to even explain.

What was your favorite subject in school?
Oddly enough, my favorite subject in middle school was science.  I loved the exploration and discovery part of it.  I also liked that it had specific laws and answers that were either right or wrong. There was no room for ambiguity or interpretation. This is obviously a far cry from art, but when I was a kid, I was a science head!

When you're not working, how do you like to spend your time?
I love being out in nature with my family.  We do a lot of camping, beaching, swimming, fishing, lounging and playing outside.  If there is something that we can do outside as a family I’m all about it!

When you're not working, how do you like to spend your time?
I like to work out or to be outside. That is probably one of the reasons why I love Tallahassee. When I am not working, I like to work out at the gym or outside, to go for a walk to different parks, and to go to the beach. I do one of the three things for sure, once a day, working out at the gym, walking in a park, or laying on the beach.

What’s your hidden talent?
I love food! I am a gourmet and the desire to eat good food encouraged me to be a good cook, but more so, because seeing people enjoying my cooking makes me incredibly happy, I adore cooking and baking. I love cooking, trying new recipes, and creating new ones by combining existing recipes.

What's one thing about you that surprises people?
Whenever I tell people that I did some weightlifting competitions and once I’ve won first place in northern France a few years ago, they are surprised. I still practicing weightlifting and it is really beneficial to develop the notion of balance not only in our body but also in our mental status. I learned how to focus better, how to keep balance better in my life, how to fight against my own fear, and how to overcome my own limits.

If you had to choose only 3 adjectives to describe yourself, which would you choose?
Optimistic, respectful, creative.
