Please review and complete the form, and select Employee Choice, and submit your application. You will receive an email confirmation of your request after your application is submitted.
As you know, School Choice for the 2018-19 school year started January 5, 2018. The deadline is March 1st, 2018 – Just days away! We encourage you to submit your application as quickly as possible to ensure priority processing. You only need to apply if you are requesting a change of school for your child(ren) in the fall.
