    Attendance:

    If your child will be absent from school due to illness, please contact the front office as soon as possible. Please also remember to get school excuses any time you take your child to any type of medical appointment. Any time your student is absent from school or if you have any attendance related issues, please email your child's teacher directly or send in a note to excuse their absence.

    21ST CENTURY PROGRAM (CLICK ME)

    The program is FREE of charge and snack or supper will be provided to the students. The program will begin on August 12, 2019 and ends through May 31, 2020. The 21st CCLC Program will follow the 2019-20 School District Calendar. The After School Program will be open during Early Release Days and closed during the districts scheduled Holidays and Teacher Planning Days. Registration is limited at each site, please contact the site coordinator to register today!   • Local Student Film Award Winners 🎬

    The Northeast Leon Society for Arts and Culture (NELSAC) recently announced the winners of their Student Online Short Film Contest. All of the winners were Leon County School students. Kraft Nissan kindly provides funds for film contest cash prizes and Tiburoso Films provides the Director of Best Contest Film a ½ Day, on-location film shoot. Congrats to all of the winners!     Tallahassee Tow truck drivers wanted to make sure students at Gretchen Everhart had a chance to see Santa. They decorated their trucks and made a parade just for our students!

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

    In an effort to go paperless, LCS has created an online registration system for the 2019-2020 school year!

     A few things to keep in mind: 
    You are still required to bring in the following documents after completing the registration process:

    1.Birth Certificate
    2. Medical Forms (Physical (in last 12 months) and Immunization Records)
    3. Two Proofs of Residency
       a. Lease, mortgage statement, property tax receipt, or homestead exemption AND
       b. Utility bill, Cable Bill or Voters Registration

    4.Identification
