Hello!

My name is Dana Perritt and I am excited to be your child's Kindergarten teacher this year!  Kindergarten is such an important year as your child officially enters "big" school.  I want each of them to have a fun, safe and happy learning environment.  I have been teaching in Leon Co. for 23 years and at Buck Lake for 16 of those years.  I have taught Kindergarten for the majority of those years as well.  My husband is Chuck Perritt and he is a Lt. with the Tallahassee Fire Dept.  I also have three great children of my own (besides the hundreds I have taught over the years that feel like my own too).  My daughter Katherine is 21 and just got married this summer (I miss her!), my son Joshua is 20 and my youngest, Hannah is almost 15.  I am a die hard Seminole fan, love to go boating/fishing with the family and love to read. 

I so look forward to meeting each of you and your sweet children!  Together we can make this a wonderful experience for everyone!
