• Transcripts are only available for current students and the previous years graduates. All requests for transcripts must be made in writing through the transcript request form or email.

    Transcripts for in-state colleges and universities are sent electronically.  Other requests must have a stamped envelope addressed to the insititution for us to mail, otherwise a sealed copy will be prepared for the student to mail on their own.

    Please note the following regarding transcripts:

    1. ACT/SAT Test Scores are not included on the official transcripts.  Those scores must be sent to the college/university/instition through ACT or College Board.
    2. Electronic Transcripts take approximately two weeks to show up as received on the student's application at the college or university.  Requests sent near application deadlines can take up to 15 business days.

    Current Seniors/Students and Last Years' Graduates:

    Current Seniors can obtain a transcript request form in guidance, and there is a basket to turn the form in.  Please allow 48 hours for processing.  Please do not request a transcript until you have completed your application.  Transcripts that are not sent electronically must be picked up from the registrar's office within 7 days of request or the transcript will be shredded.  

    Graduates who graduated prior to 2018

    Graduates who graduated prior to 2018 will need to contact the Leon County Student Center to obtain their official transcript at 850-561-8475.
