    1. ACT/SAT Test Scores are not included on the official transcripts.  Those scores must be sent to the college/university/instition through ACT or College Board.
    2. Electronic Transcripts take approximately two weeks to show up as received on the student's application at the college or university.  Requests sent near application deadlines can take up to 15 business days.

For questions on transcripts you can contact the registrar at seitelc@leonschools.net.

    Current Students

Please fill out the transcript request form in guidance.  Transcripts will be sent electronically for in-state colleges and universities, all other institutions will need to be picked up and mailed unless you supply an envelope that is stamped and addressed for where it is to go.  We request 24 to 48 hours to process all transcripts.  Transcripts not picked up within 7 days of the request are subject to being discarded.

You can track the status of your electronic transcript submissions via FOCUS by clicking on the FASTER Link on the student information page.

Final High School Transcripts for Current Graduates

Final transcript request forms will be available at convation rehearsal.  Final transcripts will be sent as soon as the district has finalized updates for all seniors.  This process usually takes about 3 to 4 weeks following the end of the school year.  We anticipate sending FINAL Transcripts the last week of June.

    Previous Graduates or Students

Lincoln will maintain a student's transcript for 1 year following graduation.  If you graduated last year, transcript requests must be sent in writing via email to the registrar (seitelc@leonschools.net). The registrar will respond once the transcript has either been sent electronically or is ready for pick up.  As previously mentioned, institutions in Florida will be sent transcripts electronically, all others will need to be picked up within 7 days of the registrar letting you know it is ready.

All other former students and graduates must request their transcripts from the Student Records Center. You can do this in writing via their website at Leon County Student Records.
