Attendance

  • Any time your student is absent from school or if you have any attendance related issues, please send a detailed email to dtesattendance@leonschools.net for each day the student is absent. You may send a message at any time, 24 hours a day!
     
    Fever Policy:
    Students with a fever of 100.0 degrees or higher should remain home until fever free for 48 hours after the fever has subsided, without the assistance of fever-reducing medication.

Transportation Changes

  • Changes in a student's normal mode of transportation should be sent by a handwritten note from the parent/guardian to the teacher the morning of the change. If an emergency arises during the day and you need a last-minute change of transportation, you must call the school office by 2:20pm. No transportation changes will be made after 2:20pm.
