LCS has created an online portal through Aktivate for both Athletic and Performing Arts paperwork submissions.  All forms must be submitted to the portal!

• All students interested in participating must have a new activity form.  This form expires every year.  The activity form can be found on the Districts Students Activities page or in person at the front office once the district has released them for the year. 
• Along with the paperwork mentioned above, students must have and maintain at least a 2.0 GPA.
• Raa students must also meet or exceed our behavior expectations in order to represent our school.
• Students without current activity forms will NOT be allowed to participate in tryouts, practices, or competitions.
